Might Frank Sforza Already De Facto Be Banned From Ever Reentering The United States?

If the disastrous last few hours of 2012 are any indication, 2013 will be a nightmare year for the Amanda Knox PR campaign and their associated income streams.

As regards the latter, with Knox’s memoirs book set for going on sale next April, there will have to be some serious rewriting or respinning if any mention is made of her family’s stalwart friend and logistics handler in Perugia. The man of many aliases, amongst which is his blogging name of “Frank Sfarzo”.

“Sfarzo” (real name Sforza) did not show up yesterday ““ New Year’s Eve 2012 - in court in Seattle for his preliminary hearing for a double charge of Assault 4-Domestic Violence related to his latest arrest associated with violence (domestic violence or against law enforcement officers) in different countries and continents.

Already the few remaining “Friends of Amanda” spinners on Bruce Fischer’s TrashForCashVictimsAnywhere forum not yet chilled by his escalating legal comeuppance are desperately justifying “Frank’s” bouts with domestic violence arrests as being the fault of the alleged victims.

One of the victims, Peter H in Canada, who had trustingly contributed to Sforza a very large sum, has now said “enough is enough” and bit the bullet in terms of personal embarrassment and posted a highly abusive and dishonest email from Sforza which passes for truth in his pathological world.

This is reposted with thanks from PerugiaMurderFile.net and deep appreciation to Peter H.

Yes, unlike you, abandoned and avoided like pest by everyone, I’m having fun. And anyway it’s not your business if I’m having fun or not, since the idea of you making my business makes me puke, as everyone who looks at you can only be disgusted by your scary appearances and, if they know you, even more by your person.
You are a zero, in BC nobody knows you, you never produced anything in your life, you just live out of a disability check, you have no money, you save on the electricity, you calculate how much water your victims, who accept to reach you in that barn, consume.
Your “friend” Bill Gates doesn’t have any idea who you are as well as your other “friend” Steve Jobs didn’t.
It’s only your imagination of mythomanic, paranoid, perverted, drunkard, old fool, as you rightly define yourself.
You are a disturbance for every one who has the bad luck to come across you, or who falls in the traps in which you attract them. You harassed Betttina, you harassed me, you are violent, dangerous, you have hallucinations because you are crazy, you are a snitch and a slanderer at once, you called the police at 4am while I was in bed telling them that I had stolen your wallet and cellphone. And that’s in the records of the police of BC. You were so clever to call the police after having made crimes against me, exactly as the other drunkard did. That’s the proof that you are stupid. You are so stupid you are not even able to make up an accusations against your victims. How can someone who has to stay in your house steal your cellphone and wallet, what does he do with your cellphone and your wallet if he’s staying in your house out of the world?
Uh? What? You don’t understand? If you were able to understand you would have produced something in your life, you would have someone close to you instead of having to pay people to get there.
Old disgusting drunkard and fool, remove immediately all my contact information from your email and cellphones. Remove within 48 hours the emails to me or from me you have been publishing online (because you are a nobody mythomaniac who wanted to show to the world that you were my friend). I never authorize you to publish my emails,I told you that you could post them only on the private discussion of IIP, where there are my friends, not on the public one. Remove those emails withing 48 hours or I’m gonna sue you. Never contact me again. You can’t answer this email, you can’t talk about me or say anything about my person with anyone. Next email or any attempt of communication in any form from you towards me will be evidence of your further disturbance to me, I’ll pass the border and I’ll report you to the police, who luckily know you very well.

We checked and Sforza’s malicious description of Peter H is not remotely akin to the truth. Many others can testify that, in terms of Sforza’s endless stream of threatening and abusive emails, that one is very much par for the course. Could Michael Heavey be next?

No wonder more and more one-time supporters of “Frank” and the Bruce Fischer forum TrashForCashVictimsAnywhere and in general the Amanda Knox cause are becoming more and more revolted with an immoral and borderline illegal campaign.

On New Year’s Eve, “Frank’s” Seattle court appointed lawyer initially tried ““ do give her credit ““ to arrange a week’s delay in the hearing, alleging “customs” problems that “Frank” was said to be suffering. However, Judge Ed Mckenna probably believed that with a month to prepare for any such problems, the blogger known as “Frank” should have foreseen them and been in court on schedule.

In reality, Frank likely had no problems with the American Customs. There are only three or four grounds. See the form below.

It is doubtful that even he would fly to the US for a domestic violence preliminary hearing and at the same time tried to introduce those prohibited or restricted goods into the country. Given “Frank’s” dependence on other peoples’ earnings, it is unlikely he introduced excessive levels of cash into the US. It is unlikely he tried to introduce livestock, vegetables, or disease agents.

Instead of being allowed a week for Sforza to make it through Customs, the judge gave Sforza’s lawyer only three and a half hours delay in starting the proceedings against him on New Year’s Eve. However, by 1:30 p.m., she had to concede that she couldn’t ensure that Frank could be anywhere in particular at any particular time. She did not even know where he was.

As a result, Judge McKenna had no other option than as prosecution requested to issue a bench warrant for “Frank’s” arrest.

Click for a larger image. That shows that the Amanda Knox PR asset known as “Frank” is now officially wanted under an arrest warrant covering any jurisdiction in the United States. If spotted any police can arrest him on sight. Anyone with any information concerning his whereabouts may inform the nearest law enforcement agency.

However! He may still be in Italy, or he made already be in some other country, indeed even under cover in the United States. In fact, his personal Facebook page currently lists a visited location in the New York area, although given his track record of deception that may or may not be where he really is.

[“Frank” could be in NYC if his Facebook page shows his true location.]

A number of questions remain to be answered.

One is the basis on which “Frank”, a foreigner with a recent record of domestic violence arrests, could be released on bail last November following his arrest for attacking two housemates in Seattle.

As the above image indicates, it appears that typically Assault IV”“DV suspects are held in prison, especially if there is a likelihood of flight.

Just as Amanda Knox was held in preventive prison in Italy to avoid her entourage of fulfilling their promise to get her out of prison and Italy in whatever possible way, why was “Frank” ““ a foreigner with arrest and legal issues growing around the world ““ allowed out on only $2,000 bail when it was very likely that what could happen has actually happened: he left the country and hasn’t returned on time for his court preliminary hearing in Seattle. Who facilitated this questionable decision to offer him bail in November?

Having left the country, both the judge who freed “Frank” on bail in November and “Frank” himself should have been more than aware that should “Frank” leave the country ““ exactly as he seems to have done hours after getting his bailed freedom in November - that he could have serious and lengthy paperwork to prepare should he want to return and face the American justice system?

A justice system that Fischer’s TrashForCashVictimsAnywhere and the Amanda Knox PR campaign has so often favourably compared to what they paint as a corrupt, abusive Italian justice system.

Entering the US if you have an arrest record ““ as is definitely the case of “Frank” ““ is difficult and requires much more extensive paperwork than simply filling out the ESTA VWP forms online like an average tourist. Anyone in “Frank’s” situation should have been responsible enough to identify potential problems in returning to the US to face his Domestic Violence charges “¦

Unless!

...unless the entourage around him (I’m not referring to his court appointed lawyer) felt that in fact the best option of those available is to not have “Frank” go through a difficult trial that could further damage the Knox PR campaign and have a negative impact on upcoming sales of Knox’s memoir “tell all” book and her odds on appeal.

or unless the US Rome Embassy or Immigration decided (not at all for the first time) that it would be way cheaper and safer for everybody concerned to simply keep him out.

The final question is: where actually is “Frank”?

He has an upcoming trial in Italy for biting a police officer who responded to a domestic violence complaint phoned in by a female member of “Frank’s” own family. A prison term is a real possibility. He has an American arrest warrant issued against him. A prison term is a real possibility. He’s certainly not wanted back in Canada.

His attempted point of entry into the USA if there was one is not publicly know. He has not been seen publicly in Perugia for some weeks.

Maybe he’s already disappeared into some far-off hills for a few years. Cross-section of his new lodgings below?

Great post. That could smoke the manic self-promoter and serial fabricator out.

Embassies often do this sort of thing to save the home prisons from the cost of bed and board for an alien, so Kermit has a pretty sound hunch.

The Rome Embassy will know of his imprisonable charges in Perugia for which he has already skipped a court date. They may not even need to have known of his myriad brushes with the law half the planet away.

Unless he does soon show up in Seattle (at great airfare cost this time of year - and any flight via New York would almost double that expensive fare) or at least let his Seattle lawyer know where he is, two things to watch out for.

1) Will Sforza show up for his new court date in Perugia in January? To be tried and maybe imprisoned for alleged violence against the police?

2) Will Sollecito ever again be allowed entry into the United States? Give that he is still accused of murder until the Italian Supreme Court signs off and that he has a slew of criminal defamation suits coming up?

If Sollecito does try to re-enter the United States, and it is hard to think of a reason why, his defamation liabilities would more easily extend to his book publishers and shadow writer and all who helped him here.

As with Frank, the Knox-Mellas entourage and Sollecito’s publishers and shadow writer and the owner of TrashForCashVictimsAnywhere seem to have very good reasons to keep him out.

Excellent post, Kermit.  I had exactly the same reaction to his alleged troubles with Customs (just posted on PMF before seeing your post here). While I haven’t been to the US in about 10 years, it seems the custom form hasn’t changed much or at all. There is no conceivable item Frank could have had on him to get him stopped, except for possibly some small-time drugs.  Somehow, I doubt he had anything if he even made it to Customs.

He probably figured things wouldn’t go his way and went into hiding.  The problem is that most of the countries he has easy access to are more expensive than Italy and will not hesitate to turn him over if an Italian arrest warrant is issued.

Regarding the abusive email towards Peter H., it’s the equivalent of an angry tantrum.  Hopefully, Mr. H. knows better than to take it to heart, especially when it comes from an angry, unstable, highly projecting man-child.  The things he’s accusing Mr. H. of are exactly the things Frank himself is guilty of: violence, deceptiveness, harassment, and, the scariest one of all - insignificance.

The FOA plant commenting on PMF yesterday was right that Frank has “issues.”  Some time in jail, unable to contact and abuse people, might do him some good, especially if he receives counseling.

Another thing that struck me is Frank’s complete inability to understand that people who make their own money need to budget.  This is the second person he’s berated for not offering him princely arrangements, despite the fact that Mr. H. also gifted him a substantial amount.  I don’t think Frank realizes that when you’re a kept man and owe everything to others’ benevolence, you don’t have room to complain or you’ll find yourself avoided “like a pest.”

If anyone in America knows of Frank Sforza’s whereabouts or sees him, do not approach him, but contact the police immediately.

Very good work Kermit.

Frank should face the music and get on with life. Maybe some therapy…

It is impossible for the Knox-Mellas media entourage and those responsible for the soon-to-be-ramped up marketing of the memoirs book, to avoid dealing with “Frank” - what his role has been in the the Knox-Mellas PR activities over the years, what financing has been arranged for him over this time, what the now evident and public unmasking of the evil campaign against Prosecutor Mignini means for the basic foundations of Amanda’s public image and explanations of her behaviour, and how the Entourage and Knox-Mellas families will deal with the up-coming final appeal. As far as the latter goes, I hope they will respect Italian justice more than their adopted son “Frank” has respected American justice.

Hi Kermit

That sure looks like a compelling recipe for a long-distance shakedown! “Pay up or your girl is toast…”

We have been told (perhaps wrongly) that after Frank was charged in Seattle he was escorted soon thereafter to a flight out.

He may in effect have been told right then: “Dont ever show your ugly face around here again”. He may possibly not even have tried to obtain a new visa because he knew he was already de facto banned.

Was all this all in the best interests of the Knox-Mellases? Tough call but in terms of the old adage “clutch your friends tight - and your enemies tighter” they may regret now pushing him away.

Bruce Fischer does’nt seem to have the slightest clue what is going on, but as a notorious hotheaded blatherer he would be on everyone’s list of “last to know”.

Who cares about that ridiculous Frank ?

Posted by aethelred23 on 01/01/13 at 11:09 PM | #

Hi aethelred. Check out Kermit’s previous long post. He provides a list. Frank was in effect the distorting prism through which all the conspiracy theorists watched what they though was going on. In most cases he was their only source. I posted this under Kermit’s previous post.

*******

To the extent I have paid attention to the Sollecito/Frank/Fischer nexus I’ve often been amazed out how narrow and inaccurate and out of date their info is. Many great reporters in Italy report in Italian and some in English and they all tell essentially one narrative.

Frank essentially makes up quite another and that is the ONLY one that they pay attention to and swallow unquestioningly. They seem absolutely uncomprehending of the real Italy, the real justice system, the real scandal of Hellman (now edged out) and Zanetti (now sidelined in Terni), the real police and investigators, the real prosecutors, the real Galati, the real Galati Appeal, the real defamations and wrong claims in Sollecitos book, the real calunnia charges coming, the real soup Knox and Sollecito are in at appeal, the real soup the defense lawyers are in, and the real public anger in Italy against the Sollecito/Frank/Fischer nexus.

Their information gathering ability seems to me truly abysmal and so what do we see? One vast silly nasty muddled uninformed echo chamber. No wonder the so-called careers of Frank and Fischer have crashed time and time again and Sollecito’s has not even taken off and probably never will. In the knowledge industries all three look to me essentially unemployable.

Posted by Peter Quennell on 01/01/13 at 11:44 PM | #

This inability to travel is a tough punishment in itself. It is possible that Frank may be banned from the US, we’ll see.

It is more certain that if Knox cannot get her three-year conviction reversed, she may find herself banned from most countries in the world. Sollecito too if he goes down at appeal.

Other than at any repeat trial, its possible that Sollecito and Knox have already spent their last quality time together.

***

Added: It was announced two months ago that Amanda Knox was “too scared” to travel to the UK to promote her book next year. Said to be “too scared” to face all the hostile people.

The UK media are a lot more aggressive than the average British audience. However this viza problem could be the real reason. With a felony conviction, UK immigration wont accept her.

Interesting to see how many book signings she will be “too scared” to do over here.

That’s quite an accounting, Kermit.  For sure, there are many unansered question - first and foremost, where were all of Frank’s supporters yesterday when he needed them; supporter who repeatedly say they will stand by his side: COME WHAT MAY.

I think it was obvious to everyone in court yesterday that they were being played by Frank.  Municipal Court routinely deals with repeat offenders eager to offer up their latest excuse and most recent tale of rehabilitation.

Frank’s lawyer was on the phone in the waiting area until court began and seemed to have no idea about what was going on with Frank.  Before Frank’s hearing came up in court the judge called for a sidebar consultation with the lawyer and the prosecutor.  Then there was a pause in the proceedings while the KING5 cameraman set up in the jury box.  Finally, it was announced that Frank was a no-show as his lawyer claimed that Frank was delayed due to “issues with customs”.  She then made a request for a week’s extension in order to sort things out, which the judge denied requiring the lawyer to have it sorted out by the afternoon session.

The lawyer complained that the interpreter Frank said was necessary would not be able to show up for the afternoon session.  The judge asked the lawyer if all her communication with Frank was successfully accomplished in English and she said that it was.  The judge decided that this would be sufficient for the hearing to proceed and ordered him to show up at 1:30pm.  The lawyer said that she would see what she could do and gave absolutely no indication that Frank would not be able to appear.

Before the afternoon session got underway KING5 and other visitors were informed that Frank would be a no-show and KING5 decided to call it a day.  Frank should take note:  The first order of business was to arrest, cuff, and haul off to jail a man who had missed his morning court appearance and mistakenly showed up at the afternoon session instead.  When Franks hearing came up his lawyer’s tone had changed; Frank was simply not there and she said she was out of options.  The judge said he could find no reasons in any of the paperwork before him that would explain why Frank would have any problem whatsoever in showing up.

It must be noted that this would have been the perfect time for Frank’s lawyer to present evidence or character witnesses with all of the kinds of arguments and excuses that are commonly offered at Frank-the-Hero sites.  If only the judge could have heard about the ongoing persecution Frank has had to endure; he may have been persuaded to grant an extension for Frank.

With the lawyer raising her hands in defeat, the judge literally looked towards the eyes of the audience and asked for any words of support for Frank; “Anyone?”  The proverbial pin-drop could have been heard.  With that, the judge issued the bench warrant and set bail at $2,500.  I swear I saw a slight smile on the prosecutors face as she walked past in the lobby, after court.

FBN: “where were all of Frank’s supporters yesterday when he needed them; supporters who repeatedly say they will stand by his side: COME WHAT MAY”

Well, the few supporters that “Frank” has left are safely ensconced behind a sign-up wall of a private blog, where their pledges of allegiance to “Frank” echo only within and don’t reach the Seattle Court House.

Maybe they didn’t have the Court House address.

Posted by Kermit on 01/02/13 at 01:11 AM | #

No body to argue for frank in court. Maybe his friends knew he would not be there…just sayin..

Posted by Bettina on 01/02/13 at 01:14 AM | #

That’s a good point Bettina. Despite all that we’ve been able to glean from public information, there are certainly people who know a lot more about Frank’s circumstances than we do. For example, why doesn’t someone just post bail for Frank to get the warrant lifted? The only explanation is if he’s still out of control and no one can be sure if he’ll show up to the next court date.

Posted by brmull on 01/02/13 at 04:18 AM | #

$2,500 bail for no-show is routine in Seattle.  Comedian Kat Williams finds himself in the same boat:

http://seattletimes.com/html/localnews/2019892301_kattwilliams13m.html

Nobody, not even Kat Williams himself, will post bail because he is so out-of-control at this time that noboday has any idea regarding what the situation will a day from now.  If he winds up in jail somewhere else, that’s another $2,500 down the drain.

Posted by Fly By Night on 01/02/13 at 05:34 AM | #

So. Where’s Waldo? We should know in due course the outcome of any interaction with the viza section of the Rome embassy.

brmull and Fly By Night, could you confirm that the “total obligation due” does refer to FUTURE bail which if paid voids the arrest warrant?

I’m being told differently: that the $2500 refers to past bail, and that he has no choice but to submit to arrest before future bail if any is set.

Posted by Peter Quennell on 01/02/13 at 05:30 PM | #

In issuing the bench warrant for Frank’s arrest Judge Mckenna also assigned bail at $2,500. By not showing up Frank has already forfeited any previous bail posted.

I don’t think there is any way for Frank to “buy” his way out of an arrest by simply mailing the City of Seattle a check for $2,500.  Having missed his hearing in Municipal Court without providing viable evidence for not being able to be there (i.e. health condition, etc.) he must now go through due process.

This means, I believe, being booked into jail and then being released (perhaps very quickly) on $2,500 bail after agreeing, once again, to show up in court on a specific date in the future.

For those wondering what the “big deal” is about a minor league truffle blogger:

Frankâ„¢ was an original source for much of the defamatory information reprinted in the English language media regarding the Italian justice system in general and G. Mignini in specific.  Frankâ„¢ acted as a host for the Knox/Mellas clan and even babysat Curt’s youngest children before lining up photo ops outside the cottage where Meredith was slain.  Frankâ„¢ was the co-author (with Douglas Preston) of the Committee to Protect Journalists hoax regarding the imaginary persecution he had suffered at the hands of Mignini and his alleged minions.  Finally, Frankâ„¢ has been collecting money through a financing scam set up through Bruce Fischer’s IIP site:  that scam is still in operation today.

That’s just the short version!  Kermit’s posts are far more detailed than that.  This man has personally done more to impair justice than anyone excepting Knox and Sollecito themselves.

I have watched from afar the slow and inevitable demise of the so called ‘Friends of Amanda’ and have celebrated at every defection. People who discover that they have been manipulated are usually the first ones to do a complete about face. As to Frank Sfarzo Mexico seems like a good bet but given his manic egoism it wouldn’t surprise me if he turns up at Bruce Fischer’s fur shop asking for a hand out. Speaking of which, what is the address of said fur shop by the way? Contacting them personally would be a rather good way of screwing Bruce’s little racket. I find it also very telling that the other so called ‘Friends of Abandoned Amanda’ are also very silent. Steve Moore and his hysterical wife plus Doug Preston in Boston have fled. Hopefully that silence will continue but I doubt it since Steve Moore’s mentally challenged wife I am sure will provide some comic relief. In the meantime this is a wonderful post as indeed are all the others. But I must admit to just a twinge of envy at the concise way Kermit has put this and his other reports together, also everyone else who has contributed. Far far better than I could have ever done. So keep up the good work and as always if I can be any help at all please do not hesitate to ask.
Cheers and a Happy New year and to quote an old Royal Navy toast…“Confusion to our Enemies.”

Hi Grahame,

The best thing you can do to help is send tweets or e-mails to all the journalists and media figures who have publicly supported and promoted Frank Sforza. It literally takes a few seconds to send a tweet.

Amanda Knox will certainly be ‘too scared’ to promote her book in the UK and I don’t really think it is the Great British public or the rabid UK press that she is scared of.

Rather, as her victim, Meredith Kercher, was from the UK she will certainly be concerned that someone who knew Meredith - someone from her family or some of Meredith’s friends - would turn up at the event.  Possibly even those friends who were in Perugia at the time and who knew Amanda.

Should any of those turn up then that would be extremely awkward.  Very scary for Meredith’s murderer.

Those (many) who surround the amazing shrinking Fischer and are totally fed up with his enabling and his sliming of victims are telling us that Fischer is trying desperately now to brush this non-show under the rug.

Poor Frank just couldnt get a viza in Rome - but of course he was dying to come.

Gimme a break.

Kermit already said Frank was probably not granted re-entry. Read the title of his post. Kermit already said it probably happened in Rome. It seems it did.

But Frank failed to tell his own lawyer in Seattle, he has for the moment disappeared, and there IS a warrant out for his arrest. I’d put his chances of getting back in the US soon about down on the floor.

And now Frank is maybe hiding out to avoid facing prosecutor Paolo Abbritti this month. Not repeat not Giuiano Mignini. The prosecutor in his resisting arrest case is Paolo Abbritti.

Fischer needs to wake up to WHY Frank couldnt get back in. Did someone in the Knox-Mellas-Heavey nexus simply not want him back in? (We did! We wanted to see him here in court.)

So as usual Fischer is the last to be told - and any nice fat check probably went to Frank.

Hi Machine Thank you for that. Done and Done

Pete said: “any nice fat check probably went to Frank”

One gets the feeling that the truffle blogger known as “Frank” gets paid off whether he does things right or whether he does things wrong (whatever your perspective on the case may be).

I can imagine that right now there is some serious angst-filled brainstorming going on amongst the Knox PR professionals (and her publisher SimonSchuster), going over the multiple down-side escenarios of having “Frank” angry with The Family.

Right now, everyone on board the Starship FOA is at their damage control stations, making lists of the dangerous information that Frank has been privy to.

Does he talk in his sleep? It must be hard not to when you don’t get the recognition you feel you deserve.

Posted by Kermit on 01/03/13 at 06:27 PM | #

Man on the Run!

There’s no doubt about it.

As regards dealing with Seattle alone, Frank will need to first clear up any these alleged visa problems, then come to Seattle, then get arrested, then be booked into jail, then post $2,500 bail, and then agree to appear at a new hearing date one or two months in the future.

After all this, he may still be convicted as charged and sentenced to another jail term and given a hefty fine.

Given his well-known “personality” and money problems, I highly recommend that he just accept Seattle’s room and board offer in jail while awaiting his rescheduled hearing.

He’s not going to get rid of his Seattle legal problems so easily. It’s been said that court staff routinely checks defendant social network outlets prior to court sessions.  Do you suppose Frank’s Facebook announcement placing him in New York for New Year’s Eve might have damaged his credibility with the court?

If Frank truly had problems getting through immigration then he should have advised the court well in advance.  But perhaps this was due to problems or criminal activity that he would not want to revealed to the court.

The Seattle judge was looking over Franks record and criminal history and knew about the DV charges in Hawaii, but found nothing that would have prevented him from entering the USA.  I suppose that’s why the judge had no problem issuing the bench warrant.  The court must have concluded that Frank was either lying or was not being forthcoming with information for the court.

It seems that Frank supporters who are members of the media or the CPJ and not responding publically to news of Frank’s lies and violence are remaining silent because they now know it is undeniably true, and that they were wrong.  In the past there has been absolutely no hesitation in responding to complaints in order to justify publications, positions, and actions.

Posted by Fly By Night on 01/03/13 at 06:55 PM | #

Why is the CPJ silent?  It is their own credibility being challenged.  Joel Simon and Nina Ognianova are personally responsible for elevating Frankâ„¢ into the status of a persecuted journalist when there is no evidence he was even a journalist in the first place.  They also wrote this unsubstantiated opinion:

“Sfarzo has endured sustained harassment in retaliation for his reporting and commentary on the official investigation into the November 2007 murder of British exchange student Meredith Kercher.”

When is the CPJ going to revisit its assessment of this case?  When is the CPJ going to accept responsibility for helping to create Frankâ„¢enstein’s monster?

Posted by Stilicho on 01/03/13 at 09:23 PM | #

I too would like to see a reaction from the CPJ.

The reasonable and mature thing to do would be to admit that they’ve made a mistake and to distance themselves from Frank and the PR campaign.

Trying to keep the supertanker together is turning into a huge problem. As it built towards the acquittal there were many people eager to help and they all jumped onboard and made a single, united noise. Now the cracks are appearing, maintaining unity is going to be impossible, because there are too many people to manage and no tangible buy-in, other than “it suited them at the time”. The original strength of the PR campaign, sheer weight of numbers, is in grave danger of taking the supertanker down.

For years now this house of cards has been self sustaining. But with the removal of one or two cards the entire thing will come crashing down. The only way for these greedy self serving one cell creatures to recoup their monetary outlay is to face the truth and finally admit that Amanda Knox is guilty and of course by extension Rachael sollecito. My thought is that finally his family will throw him to the wolves and therefore so goes Knox

Hi Bettina,

Does have Frank Sforza have a criminal record?

Posted by The Machine on 01/04/13 at 05:49 PM | #

Hi Machine:

We believe so. We will know for sure the answer to that very soon direct from Perugia. Sforza’s trial was postponed a few weeks ago because he was too busy causing havoc in Hawaii and so on, but the trial commences in the next week or two.

Then everything on paper about the case becomes public documents available on request, and we will receive all of them.

Important to keep emphasizing these two very key facts, which one day may even seep into the slow brain of Bruce Fischer.

1) Sforza’s case in no way involves Mr Mignini, though the malicious Sforza and the malicious Preston and the naive Joel Simon of CPJ all lied to the President of Italy and the whole world in a CPJ Open Letter that it did involve him.

2) Sforza’s case in no way involves the Flying Squad, though the malicious Sforza and the malicious Preston and the naive Joel Simon of CPJ all lied to the President of Italy and the whole world in a CPJ Open Letter that it did involve them.

Here for those who havent yet seen the appalling claims of Sforza and Preston and Joel Simon the CPJ Open Letter is STILL posted here:

Kermit took them apart in April and May 2011 and we intend to revisit those claims in a much harder attack on those three when we have some further information we expect to get in the next several weeks.

Here was Kermit’s 2011 series.  http://www.truejustice.org/ee/index.php?/tjmk/C493/

Note the similarity between Jody Arias and Amanda Knox.

Both reacted the same way. Arias Laughing at the funeral and Knox Laughing at the police Station.

Both able to turn on the tears when needed.

Both stories changing multiple times.

Upon examination there is indeed a parallel between the two including using sex as weapon and also as a trophy.

Both of them could not stand rejection either.

Arias and Knox’s behavior in Jail.

Both of them are mentally ill and dangerous.

I have to wonder, if Bruces IA thread is a donation collecting scheme, using many cases to collect funds. I am outraged my hard earned dollars were obtained by fraud. Somebody called the IRS??
I think it is possible they are hiding something, because their reactions are so strong…are they guarding something?
