Amanda Knox Said To Be Almost Certain To Face Murder Retrial Now

1. Knox’s Self-Imposed Trap In Headlines
Millions of Italian-Americans including politicians in both parties have been disadvantaged by the dozen years of mafia-tool Amanda Knox’s endless bigotry for cash. Now this circles back to bite her.

On 20 January 2025 Mr Trump will be back in power. There is already movement behind the scenes to have Knox sent back to Italy for a retrial, this time without mafia or Knox-PR meddling.
2. The Wider Context
Back in 2008-2009 the rabid Knox PR headed by David Marriott (now deceased) made a beeline for any American with influence to whom they could lie about “no evidence” and “persecution of a fellow citizen”.
Then-private-citizen Donald Trump (and fellow New Yorker; I encountered him a couple of times, not to talk to) was lured into this trap, and he spoke up sharply against Italian justice at the end of the 2009 Massei trial - to no effect of course.

Mr Trump did not really dig further, or follow up much - his main beef in 2009 was said to be that his first wife was living in Italy with a rich Italian. (She later moved back to NYC and relations were good when she passed on.)
This post of 18 August 2011 resulted.
Later in 2011 in the final days of the Hellman appeal Trump tweeted that Italy should be boycotted if Knox failed her appeal. He was obviously not made aware that he was a strange bedfellow with the Italian mafia.
Knox was (illegally) sprung by Judge Hellman with, well, mafia influence, with some pressure on the President of the Republic (head of the Italian justice system) from the Obama administration (also extensively lied-to by the rabid Knox PR).
Trump and Knox then went their separate ways, until the post-2016-election fracas summarised in the headlines at the top blew up. You really should read how Knox bristled at Trump with her trademark ultra-pompous victimhood.
We have repeatedly emphasized (rebutting still-endless false claims by Knox and her almost defunct bandwagon) that Knox was never “exonerated”.

The final (corrupted) Supreme Court appeal which Knox provisionally won can readily be reversed, by the President of the Supreme Court or the President of the Republic.
We hear that retaliatory action against Knox is already in the works. What so threatens Knox is not only Mr Trump.
It is also thousands of Italian-American politicians ON ALL PARTS OF THE POLITICAL SPECTRUM (this case has never been political), some of whom we are asked to bring up to speed on the hard facts of the case, who have had to sit and watched Knox fan anti-Italy and anti-Italian bigotry for blood money - for a dozen years now.

The next four years? For Knox? Not as bad? Actually… they can.

Knox’s op-ed in the Los Angeles Times is really a piece of work. Regardless of your left or right wing tilt, her political ramblings were inane. And as for this:

That judgment rested heavily on the court’s bias in favor of the prosecution, which represented the Italian people and the Italian state, over the defense, which represented a foreigner.
What blinding loyalty? The victim Meredith was BRITISH not Italian. And the co-convicted Sollecito was Italian, not a foreigner. Her defense was a disaster; the lawyers could have phoned it in. Sollecito’s defense openly taunted her of being a cocaine addict. The findings of a unanimous jury were set out in over 400 pages. There were hundreds of smoking guns. And zero sign of xenophobia.

Like quite a few others here, I’m a-political-party myself, on the basis that no party or government anywhere just now has it right - better systems is the name of the real game, not the dividing of an often-shrinking pie.

Already Knox and Lewinski had a problem finding an actress who would want to play the lead in what could be an example of ‘son of Sam’ proceeds of crime profiteering.
With the advance of ever more sophisticated forensic testing neither of them are exempt in being retried should such new evidence come up trumps (no pun intended). It happened in England in a case where the guy was acquitted but then decades later fibres from his clothing was matched to one of his murder victims and he was retried and convicted.
Knox and Sollecito cannot hide behind the legal concept of ‘double jeopardy’ in Europe, where you cannot be tried again once acquitted. If you recall, the reasoning for the annulment was ‘Insufficient Evidence’. This could situation could change at any time.

Reassurances for those smart emailers who might think Knox can claim we are somehow bedfellows with President Trump, and that she can somehow get all the Democrats to be on her side. For these reasons any such attempt will go nowhere fast.
1. The Democrats are now in the weakest position a political party can be in, in Washington DC. The White House, Supreme Court, Senate and (probably) House of Representatives have all slipped from their grasp. Democrats have 1000 more important fish to fry than to go to bat for the convicted felon and mafia tool Knox.
2. The rabid Knox PR lied to DEMOCRATS from 2008 to 2016, the years that the DEMOCRAT Mr Obama was in power. That among other things resulted in unwitting pro-mafia bias like this.
3. President Obama was in power in 2011 when the Hellman appeal court was in session. The US Embassy in Rome monitored that appeal (and the 2009 trial) and State Department cables released to super-investigator Andrea Vogt showed they were objective and neutral then (as at trial). But they failed to report what we did: how that court was visibly being bent. Knox was illegally released late in 2011 to start her tidal wave of bigotry - under the Democrats’ inadequate watch.
4. President Obama’s people helped to engineer the bending of the Fifth Chambers of the Supreme Court in 2015. While Sollecito’s lawyers were infecting the lead judges of the final appeal (one lead lawyer, Bongiorno - from Sicily when Cosa Nostra ruled all, and a lawyer in mafia cases - also presided over THE WHOLE OF THE ITALIAN JUSTICE SYSTEM in the Italian parliament), so were Knox’s, tilting the State Department they had infected to prod the President of the Italian Republic to lean on the Fifth Chambers too.

Not a figure of speech I much care for! But… Democrats really have egg on their face in this case. Their mindlessly pro-Knox days are done. Any congressional chiefs of staff who consult us will be made a party to the same picture as ourselves.
So I think we are cool? Further emails from posters and readers will always help us to cover all bases. Although the mafia tool Bruce Fischer tried to damage me personally (along with many others of us he stalked) it failed totally, and we have never directly received a single message or legal threat from the “official” Knox team, only poisonous babbling in minor media from the hack Knox-groveler Nina Burleigh et al.
Maybe we should dig up the defunct Knox PR guru David Marriott and thank him for this? One of his mantras to the corrupting forces was “Never never draw attention to the Wiki or PMF or TJMK; make like they dont exist”.
Luckily he’s not around to poison the American government or media or public any more. He was actually proud about never reading up about the case or going to Italy - he had never met Knox before she was sprung. Didn’t want to be bothered with the truth, or the myriad people he hurt.
