Three Excellent Websites Commenting On The Case That We Have No Connection With

Posted by Peter Quennell

TJMK has cross-posting relations with Miss Represented, and Peter Hyatt, and several other objective websites on Meredith’s case.

These below are three careful, objective websites we’ve had no connection with, but admire. Click on the images to get to them.

Apparently, scientists have identified 50 individuals who are able to spot deception with great accuracy after testing more than 15,000 people. Eyes for Lies is one of the 50 people.

I’ve read her analysis of Amanda Knox’s statement at Rudy Guede’s trial and it’s fascinating:

You can hear Amanda Knox’s statement here:

Miss Represented wrote an excellent piece about the Eyes For Lies analysis of Amanda Knox’s statement:

Some great reading there, Peter. I think Maundy Gregory has zipped right in to my “Ten Favourite People In The Entire World” list. Brilliant, brilliant stuff.

Steady on there Janus! But thanks. I’m blushing.

Many thanks to TJMK for the publicity. I’m a debutant blogger and you’re currently giving me over 80% of my referrals and no doubt a bit of googlejuice to boot. Which is a nice start for me.

Just so people know, I’m not associated with this site, but I’ve been a lurker and I think it does a great job. Although it’s a sad sign of the times that a murder victim should need an active web presence representing her interests in the first place.

I think the evidence against Guede, Knox and Sollecito is strong. But I also think there are valid questions to be asked about the investigation. But I also don’t see any reason we can’t trust the Italian system overall. I think the appeal is likely to reach the right decision, whatever that may be.

As a father, my thoughts about this case often turn to the unimaginable sorrow of John Kercher. But they turn almost as often to that of Curt Knox.

Hi Maundy. Nice cool tone you have there and I think it’s very welcome. John Kercher having to go to bat for Meredith and the case three times in the London newspapers was a heartbreaking development for us.

Some of us have a little less sympathy for Curt Knox. He fired up a monster of a campaign and has shown no sign he’s wanting to reign it in. Thank goodness its traction is not what it was tho it is still very hurtful.

Hopefully the end of the appeal will put it to rest, and very good luck with the debutante! That made me smile.
